Initial Formation Services

CIMS will advise clients on TCI requirements for the formation and licensing of insurance and/or reinsurance companies in the TCI. This service also includes assisting in the preparation and filing of the clients application form and business plan with financial projections and other necessary supporting documentation required by the TCI Authorities.

Standard Continuing Insurance Management Services

These include the preparation and submission to the TCI Authorities of alterations and/or variations to a companys plans and activities, regulatory compliance, handling the company’s local business operations within the TCI, auditor-liaison and keeping the client company updated on regulatory matters and changes impacting or likely to impact on its business.

Additional Services

Assists the client in the choice of suitable investment advisors, auditors, claims and other third party administrators, reinsurers, actuarial and other specialist services, local bank account administration, policy design and drafting, insurance company redomiciliation into or out of the TCI and the sourcing of other insurance-related services.

Local Confidentiality Laws

CIMS will adhere to all TCI confidentiality laws which exist to ensure confidentiality in the handling of the client’s affairs.

CIMS maintains its insurance business advantage through two very important and close affiliations- with Misick and Stanbrook (a leading TCI law firm) and SouthwestRe, a USA-based reinsurance administration/management firm.
